The present invention provides a protective case for a mobile electronic device to provide improved user convenience and utilization of the screen of a mobile electronic device, the protective case comprising: a case main body in which the mobile electronic device is disposed; a case cover, connected to the case main body, formed so as to cover the mobile electronic device disposed therein; and a case display unit, on any one side of the case cover, for displaying images transmitted from the mobile electronic device by data communicating therewith, wherein the case display section is provided with a communication module allowing data communication with the mobile electronic device so as to transceive data with the mobile electronic device via local wireless communication.
