ولم يدَّع صاحب البلاغ أن الإجراءات المحلية شكلت إنكاراً للعدالة أو انطوت على تعسف أو ظلم أو اعتراها أي عيب آخر، كما أن الوثائق المقدمة لا يُستخلص منها أن قرارات السلطات الكندية قد اعترتها نقائص من ذاك القبيل.
