واستعرضت اللجنة فحوصها للأدلة التي جُمعت من مسرح الجريمة، والنتائج التي تم التوصل إليها من تحليل خصائص كرة النار التي سببها الانفجار، وآثار حرارة الانفجار على ما يحيط بمسرح الجريمة، وتحليل خصائص الحفرة التي سببها الانفجار بالاقتران بالنتائج التي أفضت إليها اختبارات التفجير وتحليل المسار الذي سلكته أجزاء السيارة.

The Commission has reviewed its examinations of the exhibits collected at the crime scene and the results obtained from analyses of characteristics of the fireball caused by the explosion, thermal effects of the blast on surrounding objects, analysis of the characteristics of the crater caused by the explosion in conjunction with results obtained from explosion experiments and the trajectory analysis of vehicle fragments.
