ورداً على ادعاءات مقدمة البلاغ بأن مؤسسة خاصة قد انتهكت حق المريضة في الرعاية الصحية، وأن بلدية بلفورد روكسو قد أخفقت في أداء واجبها لتقييم ومراقبة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة، طلبت وزارة الصحة من اللجنة الوطنية لمراجعة الحسابات للنظام الصحي إجراء زيارة فنية إلى بلديات بلفورد روكسو، وإيغواكو نوفا، وريو دي جانيرو، لجمع وقائع القضية، وتحديد الإهمال الطبي المحتمل أو الخطأ في الرعاية التي قدمت إلى الأم المنتظرة.

In response to the author’s allegations that the private institution violated Ms. da Silva Pimentel Teixeira’s right to health care and that the municipality of Belford Roxo failed to carry out its duty to evaluate and control the health services provided, the Ministry of Health requested that the National Audit Department of the health system conduct a technical visit to the municipalities of Belford Roxo and Nova Iguaçu, Rio de Janeiro, to gather the facts of the case and determine possible medical negligence or error in the care provided to the expectant mother.

En respuesta a la autora de las alegaciones de que la institución privada violó el derecho a la atención de la salud de la paciente, y que la municipalidad de Belford Roxo no cumplió su deber de evaluar y controlar los servicios de salud prestados, el Ministerio de Salud ha pedido al Departamento Nacional de Auditoría del sistema de salud que realice una visita técnica a las municipalidades de Belford Roxo y Nova Iguaçu, Río de Janeiro, para reunir información sobre los hechos del caso y determinar posible negligencia médica o error en la atención prestada a la madre embarazada.

Réagissant aux allégations de l’auteure selon lesquelles cet établissement privé a violé le droit de la patiente à des soins de santé et la municipalité de Belford Roxo n’a pas exécuté son obligation d’évaluer et de contrôler les services de santé fournis, le Ministère de la santé a demandé au Département national d’audit du système de santé d’effectuer une visite technique dans les municipalités de Belford Roxo et Nova Iguaçu (Rio de Janeiro) pour établir les faits de l’affaire et déterminer s’il y avait eu négligence ou faute dans les soins médicaux fournis à la future mère.

В ответ на заявления автора о том, что это частное учреждение нарушило право пациентки на охрану здоровья, а также о том, что муниципий Белфорд-Рошу не выполнил своей обязанности по оценке и контролю оказываемых медицинских услуг, министерство здравоохранения потребовало, чтобы Национальный ревизионный департамент системы здравоохранения провел техническую инспекцию в муниципиях Белфорд-Рошу и Нова-Игуасу, Рио-де-Жанейро, для сбора фактов по данному делу и установления вероятности халатности или ошибок медицинских работников при оказании помощи беременной женщине.
