According to the present invention, the blood half-life (t1/2) and the area under the curve (AUC) of the drug concentration vs time curve are remarkably increased by adding an N-glycosylation site in animal cells through the mutation of N-terminal 1-25 amino acids, and thus the alpha 1-antitrypsin variant has excellent stability in the body and can maintain the effect of elastase activity inhibition.

Selon l'invention, la zone sous la courbe (AUC) de la demi-vie dans le sang (t1/2) et la concentration de médicament par rapport à la courbe de temps sont augmentées de manière remarquable par ajout d'un site de N-glycosylation dans des cellules animales via la mutation d'acides aminés 1-25 à terminaison N, et variant alpha 1-antitrypsine présentant ainsi une excellente stabilité dans le corps et pouvant maintenir une activité inhibitrice d'élastase.
