ويجري الاتجار بالعقاقير الأفغانية في تركيا عبر الحدود البرية مع ايران وجورجيا ومع الجمهورية العربية السورية بدرجة أقل، وكذلك عن طريق العديد من الموانئ البحرية للبحر الأبيض المتوسط والبحر الأسود وبحر مرمرة.
