(1) Der Nachweis, dass das Versandverfahren innerhalb der in der Versandanmeldung genannten Frist beendet wurde, kann von dem Hauptverpflichteten durch Vorlage einer von den Zollbehörden des Abgangslands anzuerkennenden Bescheinigung, die mit Sichtvermerk der Zollbehörden des Bestimmungslands versehen ist, die Angaben zur Identifizierung der betreffenden Waren enthält und aus der hervorgeht, dass die Waren bei der Bestimmungsstelle gestellt oder in Fällen nach Artikel 64 einem zugelassenen Empfänger übergeben worden sind, erbracht werden.

1. The proof that the procedure has ended within the time limit prescribed in the declaration may be furnished by the principal to the satisfaction of the competent authorities in the form of a document certified by the competent authorities of the country of destination identifying the goods and establishing that they have been presented at the office of destination or, where Article 64 applies, to an authorised consignee.

(1) Arról, hogy az eljárás a nyilatkozatban megadott határidőn belül befejeződött, a főkötelezett benyújthat az illetékes hatóságok megelégedésére szolgáló bizonyítékot, a rendeltetési ország illetékes hatóságai által igazolt olyan okmány formájában, amely azonosítja a szóban forgó árukat, és megállapítja, hogy azokat bemutatták a rendeltetési vámhivatalban vagy – ha a 64. cikk alkalmazandó – az engedélyezett címzettnek.

(1) Dovada că regimul a fost încheiat la termenele indicate în declaraţie poate fi adusă de principalul obligat, spre satisfacţia autorităţilor competente, sub forma unui document certificat de autorităţile competente din ţara de destinaţie, care conţine identificarea mărfurilor în cauză şi care stabileşte că ele au fost prezentate la biroul de destinaţie sau, în cazul aplicării articolului 64, la destinatarul agreat.
