وبرنامج "البداية من جديد" متاح للأشخاص الذين يرغبون في العمل خلال السنة (٣٦٥ يوماً) التي تلي انتهاء دفع بدل رعاية الطفل، أو بدل دعم تربية الطفل، أو غيرها من الاستحقاقات، وكذلك للأشخاص الذين ما زالوا يتلقون بدل رعاية الطفل بعد أن يبلغ سنة، شريطة أن يكون عمل هؤلاء قد انتهى في فترة تقاضي بدل رعاية الطفل، أو بدل دعم تربية الطفل، أو استحقاقات أخرى من هذا القبيل، أو أن خلال الإجازة غير المدفوعة الأجر المخصصة لرعاية أحد أفراد الأسرة، على أن يكونوا بدون عمل (أو يكونوا بدون عمل في الفترة التي سبقت استفادتهم من بدل رعاية الطفل).

The Start Plus program is available to persons wishing to establish employment relationship within one year (365) days from the termination of the payment of the child care allowance, child support or child rearing benefit or after the child turns 1 while the child care allowance is still paid to them provided that their labour relationship was terminated in the period of the child care allowance, child support or child rearing benefit or the unpaid leave used for the nursing of a family member, and they have no employers (or they had not any even before the allocation of the child care allowance).

El programa START Plus abarca a personas que desean iniciar una relación de empleo durante el año (365 días) siguiente al año en que dejan de percibir la prestación para el cuidado de un hijo, la ayuda infantil, o la prestación por crianza de un hijo, o después de que éste cumple el año y se siguen percibiendo las prestaciones, siempre y cuando, la relación de empleo anterior haya culminado durante el período de vigencia de la prestación para el cuidado del hijo o la ayuda infantil, así como de la licencia sin goce de sueldo tomada para cuidar a algún miembro de la familia, y no tenga un empleador (ni lo tuviera incluso antes de comenzar a percibir la prestación para el cuidado del hijo).

Программа "СТАРТ Плюс" доступна лицам, желающим трудоустроиться в течение одного года (365 дней) после прекращения получения пособия по уходу за ребенком, пособия на содержание или воспитание ребенка или после достижения ребенком годовалого возраста во время с сохранением выплаты пособия по уходу за ребенком при условии, что трудовые отношения были прекращены в период выплаты пособия по уходу за ребенком, пособия на содержание и воспитание ребенка или в период неоплаченного отпуска по уходу за членом семьи в случае отсутствия у этих лиц работодателей (или в случае отсутствия у них работодателей до выплаты пособия по уходу за ребенком).
