A disabled contributor 60 years of age or over but under 65 years of age who, by reason of his disability and before 1 July 1993, ceased to pursue the substantially gainful occupation he held is entitled to a disability pension if he has paid contributions for one-third of the total number of years in his contributory period but for at least five years, or for at least ten years.

Le cotisant invalide âgé de 60 ans ou plus mais de moins de 65 ans qui, en raison de son invalidité, a cessé d’exercer, avant le 1er juillet 1993, l’occupation véritablement rémunératrice qu’il détenait a droit à la rente d’invalidité s’il a versé des cotisations soit pour le tiers du nombre total des années comprises dans sa période cotisable mais pour au moins cinq années, soit pour au moins dix années.
