إذا تعذر على الرئيس أو نائب الرئيس الاضطلاع بمهامه، أو إذا انتهت عضويته، فيتم انتخاب رئيس ونائب رئيس جديدين للمدة المتبقية.

If the Chair or Vice-Chair ceases to be able to carry out his or her functions, or ceases to be a member, a new Chair or Vice-Chair shall be elected for the remainder of the term.
