A magnetorheological fluid, according to the present invention, has multilayer-structured particles formed therein by having ferromagnetic particles surrounded with polymers, and the multilayer-structured particles gain porosity by going through a foaming process, thereby decreasing the density and increasing the stability of the magnetorheological fluid, thereby enabling the marked decrease in the settling velocity thereof.

La présente invention concerne un fluide magnétorhéologique dans lequel des particules à structure multicouche sont formées par le fait d'entourer des particules ferromagnétiques avec des polymères, et les particules à structure multicouche acquièrent de la porosité par passage par un processus de moussage, ce qui permet de réduire la densité et d'augmenter la stabilité du fluide magnétorhéologique, d'où une nette diminution de sa vitesse de sédimentation.
