If You use the Service on behalf of a Third Party or a Third Party otherwise uses the Service through Your Account, whether or not You are authorized by Google to do so, then You represent and warrant that (a) You are authorized to act on behalf of, and bind to this Agreement, the Third Party to all obligations that You have under this Agreement, (b) Google and its Affiliates may share with the Third Party any Customer Data that is specific to the Third Party's Apps, and (c) You will not disclose Third Party's Customer Data to any other party without the Third Party's consent.

Si usa el Servicio en nombre de un Tercero, o si un Tercero accede al Servicio a través de su Cuenta, ya sea que Usted tenga la autorización de Google para ello o no, Usted manifiesta y garantiza que (a) está autorizado para actuar en nombre del Tercero y celebrar este Acuerdo vinculante en su nombre y obligarlo a cumplir todas las obligaciones que surgen de este Acuerdo, (b) Google y sus Afiliados podrían compartir con el Tercero los datos de Clientes específicos de las Aplicaciones de ese Tercero, y (c) Usted no divulgará a personas ajenas los Datos de clientes del Tercero sin su consentimiento.
