The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food shall establish the norms, procedures and regulations for entry into and transport to and within the national territory of animals, pharmaceuticals, biological and hydrobiological products, raw materials, unprocessed products and by-products of animal origin and equipment and materials for use in animal husbandry, in order to prevent the entry or the spread and establishment in the country of diseases, pests, contaminants and other pathogens that may affect animal health and biodiversity. For that purpose, the Ministry shall have the powers and duties established in the relevant regulations”.

EL MAGA dictará las normas, procedimientos y reglamentos, para el ingreso y transporte hacia y dentro del territorio nacional, de los animales, fármacos, biológicos, hidrobiológicos, materias primas, productos y subproductos no procesados de origen animal, equipos y materiales de uso animal, con la finalidad de evitar el ingreso o diseminación y establecimiento en el país de enfermedades, plagas, contaminantes y otros patógenos que afecten la salud de la biodiversidad animal, para la cual tendrá las atribuciones que se establecen en el reglamento respectivo.”

Le Ministère de l’agriculture, de l’élevage et de l’alimentation établit les normes, procédures et règlements relatifs à l’importation et au transport vers le territoire national et à l’intérieur de celui-ci, des animaux, produits pharmaceutiques, biologiques et hydrobiologiques, matières premières, produits et sous-produits non transformés d’origine animale, équipement et matériel à utilisation animale, afin d’éviter l’importation ou la dissémination et l’établissement sur le territoire national de maladies, ravageurs, contaminants et autres pathogènes qui mettent en péril la diversité biologique animale, conformément aux attributions que lui confère le règlement correspondant. »

Министерство сельского хозяйства, животноводства и продовольствия принимает нормы, процедуры и регламенты в отношении ввоза и транспортировки на национальную территорию и в ее пределах животных, фармацевтических, биологических и гидробиологических препаратов, сырьевых товаров, необработанных продуктов и субпродуктов животного происхождения, оборудования и материалов, используемых в животноводстве, во избежание проникновения в страну, распространения и укоренения заболеваний, инфекций, загрязняющих веществ и других патогенных элементов, влияющих на сохранение биологического разнообразия в животном мире, для чего оно наделяется полномочиями, предусматриваемыми в соответствующем регламенте».
