Dette er ikke ensbetydende med at udstede en blankofuldmagt til Kongeriget Marokko, men indebærer tværtimod øgede krav til overvågningen af overholdelsen af Den Internationale Arbejdsorganisations konventioner på det sociale område, ganske særligt de, der omhandler børns og kvinders arbejde, foreningsfrihed og retten til at organisere sig, den sociale dialog og den sociale sikring, som på indeværende tidspunkt er klart utilstrækkelige.

All that does not mean it is a blank cheque to the Kingdom of Morocco but implies more stringent monitoring as regards compliance with agreements and the rules of the International Labour Organization in the social sphere, particularly those relating to child labour and working women, respect for freedom of trade unions, dialogue and social protection which at the moment are clearly insufficient.
