In the steel sheet supply step (S1), two or more steel sheet coils in which steel sheets are rolled are supplied on upper and lower sides. The roll forming step (S2) includes a bending roll forming step (SP1) for pressing the supplied steel sheet with the forming roller into the embossed steel sheet and at the same time bending one or both ends of the steel sheet into an inverted-U shape, a bent part joint step (SP2) for joining the inverted-U shaped bent parts of the steel sheet, and a bent part fixing step (SP3) for pressing and fixing the joined bent parts of the steel sheet.

본 발명은 건축용 샌드위치패널에 사용되는 팔레트의 표면에 다양한 형태의 굴곡을 형성하여 심미감을 향상시키도록 하는 팔레트의 롤포밍장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 각기 다른 핫코일 2장을 연결하여 롤포밍 성형할 수 있도록 한 샌드위치패널용 팔레트 및 롤포밍장치에 관한 것으로서, 코일의 형태로 권취된 철판을 공급하는 철판공급공정(S1);과, 상급된 철판을 포밍로울러로 가압하여 요철무늬를 가진 철판으로 성형하는 롤포밍공정(S2);과, 철판을 일정한 규격으로 절단하는 절단공정(S3);으로 제조되는 샌드위치패널용 팔레트 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 철판공급공정(S1)은, 철판이 권취된 철판코일을 2개 또는 그 이상으로 공급하도록 하되, 상·하로 구분하여 공급하도록 하며, 상기 롤포밍공정(S2)에는, 공급된 철판을 포밍로울러로 가압하여 요철무늬를 가진 철판으로 성형함과 동시에, 철판의 일단부 또는 양단부를 "∩"형으로 절곡하여 절곡부를 형성하는 절곡롤포밍공정(SP1);과, "∩"형으로 절곡된 각 철판의 절곡부를 합체하여 결합하는 절곡부합체공정(SP2);과, 합체된 철판의 절곡부를 가압하여 연결 고정하도록 하는 절곡부 고정공정(SP3);을 더 부가하여서 된 롤포밍장치를 제공하는 것이다.
