The service consists of i) a short question survey where the User can choose an answer among the options presented in the form of graphics, type emoticons (Unsatisfied, Neutral, Satisfied), ii) an open field the User can use to leave a message or suggestion to the Client and iii) an optional field to leave his/her contact details, in case the User accepts that the Client get in touch with him/her.

El servicio consta de i) una breve encuesta con preguntas y posibilidad de que el Usuario elija la respuesta entre las opciones presentadas con elementos gráficos, tipo emoticones (Insatisfecho, Neutro, Satisfecho); ii) un campo abierto para que el Usuario deposite un mensaje o una sugerencia al Cliente: y iii) un campo opcional para datos de contacto, en el que el Usuario puede dejar registro de los mismos a efectos que el Cliente se pueda comunicar con él.
