Here, the hammer part rotates upward only with respect to a radius in which the rotating track of the hooking bar of the driving connection part overlaps with that of the hooking groove of the hammer part, and the hammer part rotates downward in a free-fall state at a point in which the rotating track changes so as to hit the part to be hit of the heat exchanger, thereby separating dust and various foreign material from the rapping part, and thus enables stable rapping in a high temperature or dusty environment.

이와 같은, 열교환기용 타격장치는, 구동실린더와 해머부를 열교환기의 하우징에 수직방향으로 회동 가능하게 설치하고, 구동실린더에서 발생된 구동력이 구동연결부를 통해 해머부로 전달된다. 이때 구동연결부의 걸림바가 해머부의 걸림홈과 회전궤도가 겹쳐지는 반경에 대해서만 해머부를 상방으로 회동시킨 후 회전궤도가 다르게 되는 지점에서 해머부가 자유낙하상태로 하방 회동되면서 열교환기의 타격대상부분을 타격되게 하면서 분진 및 각종 이물질이 타격대상부분에서 이탈되게 하는 바, 고온이나 분진이 많은 환경에서도 안정적인 타격을 가능하게 한다.
