A unit for aligning chips for an electronic component and an apparatus for aligning chips for an electronic component having the same according to the present invention comprises: a chip alignment part that has a cylindrical shape having a plurality of chips for an electronic component received therein and a plurality of through holes formed therein, the plurality of chips being aligned with the through holes to pass through the same, and is brought into contact with a carrier plate along a circumferential direction to provide the chips aligned with the through holes to the carrier plate; and a vibration part that is connected to the chip alignment part and provides a vibration force to the chip alignment part such that the chips received in the interior of the chip alignment part are aligned with the through holes and moved to the carrier plate.

본 발명에 따른 전자부품용 칩 정렬유닛 및 이를 갖는 전자부품용 칩 정렬장치는 복수 개의 전자부품용 칩을 수용하고 복수 개의 칩이 정렬되어 관통되는 복수 개의 관통홀이 형성된 원통 형상으로 마련되며 원주 방향을 따라 캐리어 플레이트와 접촉되어 관통홀에 정렬된 칩을 상기 캐리어 플레이트에 제공하는 칩 정렬부 및 칩 정렬부에 연결되며 칩 정렬부 내부에 수용된 칩이 관통홀에 정렬되어 캐리어 플레이트로 이동되도록 칩 정렬부에 진동력을 제공하는 진동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
