The present document provides information about the status of the Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents (table 1), in particular with regard to ratifications, as well as information on the ratification status of the Protocol on Civil Liability and Compensation for Damage Caused by the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents on Transboundary Waters (Protocol on Civil Liability) (table 2).

Le présent document donne des informations sur l’état de la Convention sur les effets transfrontières des accidents industriels (tableau 1), en particulier s’agissant de la ratification, et sur l’état de la ratification du Protocole sur la responsabilité civile et l’indemnisation en cas de dommages causés par les effets transfrontières d’accidents industriels sur les eaux transfrontières (Protocole sur la responsabilité civile) (tableau 2).
