24 Das Gemeinschaftsrecht ist bekanntermaßen Bestandteil der auf dem Gebiet eines jeden Mitgliedstaats anwendbaren Rechtsordnung(11); die Wirkungen einer gemeinschaftsrechtlichen Norm im nationalen Recht sind grundsätzlich nicht davon abhängig, dass staatliche Normen dazwischengeschaltet sind(12).

24 We know that Community law is an integral part of the legal order applying within each of the Member States (11) and that the effects in domestic law of a rule of Community law are not, as a rule, conditional on the existence of State rules. (12)
