ونلاحظ أن البرنامج الإنساني القائم في العراق، تحت رعاية برنامج النفط مقابل الغذاء، قد أسهم خلال السنوات الأربع الماضية في تحسين الظروف المعيشية للمواطن العراقي العادي، وفقا لتقرير الأمين العام المقدم عملا بالفقرة 5 من القرار 1330 (2000).

We note that the existing humanitarian programme in Iraq, under the auspices of the oil-for-food programme, has, over the past four years, contributed to improving the living conditions of the average Iraqi, according to the Secretary-General’s report pursuant to paragraph 5 of resolution 1330 (2000).
