Kommissionen rejste ogsaa indvendinger over for klassificeringen af foelgende kommunegrupper som prioriterede stoetteomraader i stedet for normale stoetteomraader med det deraf foelgende hoejere stoetteloft: nr. 52, 53, 57, 47, 46, 45, 34 og Hoejer og Toender kommune i Soenderjyllands Amtskommune, samt over for opklassificeringen af det tidligere normale stoetteomraade i kommunegruppe nr. 21 i Soenderjyllands Amtskommune.

The Commission also raised objections to the classification of the following groups of districts as priority assisted areas instead of ordinary assisted areas, with the implied higher aid ceiling: Nos 52, 53, 57, 47, 46, 45, 34 and the districts of Hoejer and Toender in Soenderjylland; and to the upgrading of the previous ordinary assisted group of district No 21 in Soenderjylland.

La Commission a également élevé des objections à l'égard du classement, parmi les zones d'aide spéciale, de groupes de municipalités, qui étaient auparavant des zones d'aide normale, ce classement impliquant un plafond d'aide supérieur: il s'agit des groupes nos 52, 53, 57, 47, 46, 45, 34 et des municipalités de Hoejer et de Toender dans le Jutland du Sud.

Também se opôs à reclassificação numa categoria superior do antigo grupo de municípios no 21 em Soenderjylland anteriormente no grupo das « normais ».
