تؤكد مساهمة الصناعة في التنمية الاجتماعية، خاصة في سياق الروابط بين الصناعة والزراعة، وتلاحظ أنــه، من مجموع هذه الروابط، تمثل الصناعة مصدرا ثريا لإيجاد فرص العمل وتوليد الدخل وتحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي اللازم للقضاء على الفقر؛
