A few years ago the Government decided to install the "sampaniers" in a few areas of the outskirts of Hue, at first good news because they would have a roof, and its life gave a big draft but not everything has been a positive, the authorities did theirs donation of the areas but if a house wanted to be constructed they had to ask for a loan to the bank and this did that they have contracted big debts that do not know how to pay, many of the families have installed the their "sampans" and live there.

Hace unos años el Gobierno decidió instalar los sampaniers en unos terrenos a las afueras de Hue, en principio una buena noticia ya que tendrían un techo, y su vida dio un gran giro pero no todo fue positivo, las autoridades les hicieron donación de los terrenos pero si querían edificar tenían que pedir un préstamo al banco y esto ha hecho que hayan contraído grandes deudas que no saben cómo pagar, muchas de las familias han instalado las cubiertas de los sampanes? y allí viven.
