Given the importance of the CIP and COSME, as a complement to the policies of EU Member States for entrepreneurs and SMEs, which have a budget of EUR 2 300 million for the period 2014-2020 to help them with start-ups and accessing funding, will the Commission indicate the geographical distribution of the CIP during the period 2007-2013 in terms of Member States and regions as well as the expected distribution of COSME for the period 2014 ‐2020?

Compte tenu de l'importance du CIP et de COSME comme complément aux politiques des États membres de l'Union pour les entrepreneurs et les PME, qui disposent d'un budget de 2 300 millions d'euros pour la période 2014-2020 pour les aider à démarrer et à avoir accès au financement, la Commission pourrait-elle indiquer la répartition géographique du CIP au cours de la période 2007-2013 en fonction des États membres et des régions ainsi que la répartition prévue de COSME pour la période 2014-2020?
