The present invention prepares a thermoplastic prepreg by layering a thermoplastic resin film, having a crystallinity of 1-20%, on at least one surface of a fiber substrate, heating the same to a temperature higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin film, and then pressurizing the same.
