I must confess that the only thing I wanted was to stay in bed all day, but let’s be honest: there is something depressing about spending your day in a bed. There are so many different activities you can do when you are tired to relax and enjoy the present moment: like going to the movies, reading a good book, having a delicious chai tea or coffee in a nice spot in your city.

La verdad lo único que quería hoy es quedarme todo el día en mi cama, pero seamos honestas: es súper deprimente quedarte todo el día en la cama y más cuando hay muchas cosas que podemos hacer los días en los que nos sentimos así para divertirnos y relajarnos: ir al cine, leer un buen libro o ir a un café lindo en tu ciudad donde puedas tomar un te chai o el café que más te gusta.
