ورغم أن القانون حظر فصل أية موظفة طوال فترة 60 يوماً عقب فترة إجازة بدون أجر بعد إجازة الأمومة، فإنه لم يحظر صراحة التداخل بين فترة الإخطار بالفصل وفترة الإجازة بدون أجر والأيام الستين التالية.
