وحيث أن بعض الوفود أبدت اهتماما بتكاليف المستشارين والخبراء، فتجدر الإشارة إلى أن المبلغ الذي قيمته 1.5 مليون دولار، والمطلوب تحت هذا البند، سيستخدم بشكل رئيسي لتمويل أفرقة الخبراء، مثل فريق الخبراء الحكوميين المعني بسجل الأمم المتحدة للأسلحة التقليدية، واللجنة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بالمسائل الأمنية لأفريقيا الوسطى.

Since some delegations had expressed interest in the costs of consultants and experts, it should be pointed out that the $1.5 million requested under that item would be mainly used to finance expert groups, such as the Group of Governmental Experts on the United Nations Register of Conventional Arms and the Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa.
