본 발명은 수지상 세포의 성숙화 유도용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 세균 플라젤린, 종양괴사인자, 인터페론 또는 이들의 혼합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 수지상 세포 성숙화 유도 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 본 발명의 수지상 세포 성숙화 유도 조성물은 미성숙 수지상 세포로부터 성숙 수지상 세포로의 성숙화를 효율적으로 유도할 수 있어, 새로운 수지상 세포의 성숙화 유도체로 사용이 가능하고 종양을 치료하기 위한 새로운 조건의 세포 치료제로 이용 가능할 것이다.
