3.4 Die Anzahlung von 10% des Gesamtpreises für die Unterkunft, die der Besteller zusammen mit der Einreichung des Reservierungsauftrags bezahlt, wird im Falle eines Storno des Auftrags dem Besteller nicht zurückgegeben, der Besteller nimmt zur Kenntnis und ist damit einverstanden, dass der Betrag der hinterlegten Anzahlung von 10% des Gesamtpreises für die Unterbringung von dem Anbieter zum Begleichen der Einbuße, des Schadens, der Sanktion und der mit dem Reservierungsstorno verbundenen Kosten aufgerechnet wird.

3.4 A 10% deposit for the total accommodation price that the customer will pay with submission of the reservation order, will not be refunded to the customer in case of order cancellation. The customer takes notice and agrees that the amount of deposit made at 10% of the total accommodation price will be included in the loss of payment, damage, sanction and costs related to reservation cancellation.
