وقررت المحكمة الادارية للأمم المتحدة، في قرارها 1029، أن أحد موظفي اليوندسيب السابقين يستحق المرتب الأساسي الصافي لمدة سنة واحدة كتعويض وكذلك مبلغ 000 50 دولار بسبب الأضرار المعنوية التي لحقت به.

In its judgement 1029, the Administrative Tribunal of the United Nations decided that a former staff member of UNDCP was entitled to one year net base salary as compensation as well as to $50,000 for the moral injuries that the staff member suffered.
