In the ensuing discussion, many representatives said that the proposal from Chad fully met the requirements of Articles 6 and 7 of the Convention, that all procedures had been complied with and that fenthion (ultra-low-volume (ULV) formulations at or above 640 g active ingredient/L) should accordingly be listed in Annex III.
