وعليه، فإن بعض الحقوق لا تعاني من أي انتهاكات في أوغندا مثل: الحق في عدم التعرض للتعذيب أو أشكال أخرى من المعاملة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، والحق في عدم التعرض للرق أو العبودية، والحق في المحاكمات العادلة، والحق في رفع الدعاوى.

Therefore, certain rights could not be infringed in Uganda, including the right to freedom from torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, the right to freedom from slavery or servitude, the right to a fair trial and the right to habeas corpus.

Por lo tanto, rigen en Uganda derechos que de ninguna manera se derogan: el derecho a no padecer torturas ni otros tratos o penas crueles, inhumanos o degradantes, el derecho a no ser sometido a la esclavitud ni a la servidumbre, el derecho a un juicio equitativo y el derecho al habeas corpus.

De ce fait, certains droits ne souffrent aucune dérogation en Ouganda : le droit de ne pas être soumis à la torture ou à d’autres peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants, le droit de ne pas être réduit en esclavage ou en servitude, le droit à un procès équitable et le droit à l’habeas corpus.

В результате определенные права соблюдаются в Уганде полностью без каких бы то ни было отступлений: это право не быть подвергнутым пыткам и другим жестоким, бесчеловечным или унижающим достоинство видам обращения и наказания, право не быть обращенным в рабство и не быть в подневольном положении, право на справедливый суд и право habeas corpus.
