ويتولى الإدارة العليا لهذه المؤسسة مجلس وطني مكون من (أ) المدير العام للمؤسسة، الذي يسميه رئيس الجمهورية، وهو يرأسها؛ (ب) نواب مدير المؤسسة ومن يمثلهم، وهم معينون خصيصاً لهذا الغرض، من جانب كل من الوزارات التالية: الأمانة العامة للحكومة، والتنمية الاجتماعية والتعاون، والزراعة، والتعليم والممتلكات العامة؛ (ج) ثلاثة مستشارين يعينهم رئيس الجمهورية؛ (د) ثمانية ممثلين من السكان الأصليين: أربعة من المابوتشي وواحد من الأيمارا وواحد من الأتاكامينو وواحد من رابانوي وواحد يقطن في منطقة حضرية على الإقليم الوطني.

Its governing body is the National Council, which is composed of: (a) the National Director of the Corporation, appointed by the President of the Republic, who acts as chairperson; (b) the Under-Secretaries or their representatives, specially designated for that purpose, of each of the following ministries: General Secretariat of Government, Social Development and Cooperation, Agriculture, Education, and National Property; (c) three advisers appointed by the President of the Republic; (d) eight indigenous representatives: four Mapuches, one Aymara, one Atacameño, one Rapa Nui and one residing in an urban area of the country.

Su dirección superior está a cargo de un Consejo Nacional integrado por: a) el Director Nacional de la Corporación, nombrado por el Presidente de la República, quien lo presidirá; b) los Subsecretarios o su representante, especialmente nombrados para el efecto, de cada uno de los siguientes Ministerios: Secretaría General de Gobierno, de Desarrollo Social y Cooperación, de Agricultura, de Educación y de Bienes Nacionales; c) tres consejeros designados por el Presidente de la República; d) ocho representantes indígenas: cuatro mapuches, un aimara, un atacameño, un rapa nui y uno con domicilio en un área urbana del territorio nacional.

Le Conseil national, organe directeur, se compose: a) du directeur national de la CONADI, nommé par le Président de la République, qui assure la présidence; b) des sous-secrétaires d’État, spécialement nommés à cet effet, relevant de chacun des ministères suivants ou de leur représentant: Secrétariat général du Gouvernement, Ministère du développement social et de la coopération, Ministère de l’agriculture, Ministère de l’éducation, et Ministère des biens nationaux; c) de trois conseillers nommés par le Président de la République; d) de huit représentants autochtones, dont quatre Mapuche, un Aymara, un Atacameño, un Rapa Nui et un représentant autochtone domicilié dans une zone urbaine du pays.
