وقد يود مكتب الجمعية العامة أيضا أن يوجه انتباه الجمعية العامة إلى الأحكام الواردة في القرارين 48/264 و 67/297 والمتعلقة بانتهاء العمل بالترتيب الناظم لطريقة انتخاب الرؤساء الست للجان الرئيسية في الدورة الثامنة والستين، وبطلب الجمعية العامة إلى الفريق العامل المخصص المعني بتنشيط أعمال الجمعية العامة أن يقوم بوضع الترتيبات المتعلقة بانتخاب رؤساء لجان الجمعية العامة ومقرريها بهدف استحداث آلية للانتخابات يمكن التنبؤ بها وتتسم بالشفافية والنزاهة، وذلك في مرحلة مبكرة من الدورة الثامنة والستين، وأن يقدمها إلى الجمعية العامة قبل بداية دورتها التاسعة والستين بثلاثة أشهر على الأقل.

The General Committee may also wish to bring to the attention of the General Assembly relevant provisions contained in resolutions 48/264 and 67/297 relating to the expiration at the sixty-eighth session of the arrangement concerning the pattern of election of the six Chairs of the Main Committees and the request of the General Assembly to the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Revitalization of the Work of the General Assembly to prepare arrangements concerning the election of Chairs and Rapporteurs of the Main Committees of the Assembly with the aim of establishing a predictable, transparent and fair mechanism for the elections at an early stage of its sixty-eighth session, and to submit them to the Assembly not later than three months before the start of its sixty-ninth session.

La Mesa quizás quiera señalar también a la atención de la Asamblea General las disposiciones pertinentes que figuran en las resoluciones 48/264 y 67/297 relativas a la terminación en el sexagésimo octavo período de sesiones de los arreglos relativos a las modalidades para la elección de los seis Presidentes de las Comisiones Principales y la solicitud de la Asamblea al Grupo de Trabajo Especial sobre la Revitalización de la Labor de la Asamblea General de que preparara arreglos relativos a la elección de los Presidentes y Relatores Especiales de las Comisiones Principales de la Asamblea a fin de establecer un mecanismo predecible, justo y transparente para las elecciones en la etapa inicial del sexagésimo octavo período de sesiones con miras a presentarlo a la Asamblea a más tardar tres meses antes del comienzo del sexagésimo noveno período de sesiones.

Le Bureau est également invité à appeler l’attention de l’Assemblée générale sur les dispositions des résolutions 48/264 et 67/297 relatives au dispositif régissant l’élection des six présidents des grandes commissions, qui cesse de s’appliquer à l’issue de la soixante-huitième session, et sur le fait que l’Assemblée a prié le Groupe de travail spécial de définir les modalités pratiques de l’élection des présidents et rapporteurs de ces grandes commissions afin de mettre en place un système électoral prévisible, transparent et équitable au début de sa soixante-huitième session et de lui soumettre ces modalités au plus tard trois mois avant le début de sa soixante-neuvième session.

总务委员会也不妨提请大会注意第48/264号和第67/297号决议所载关于第六十八届会议六个主要委员会主席选举模式办法到期时限的相关规定,以及大会向振兴大会特设工作组主席提出的要求,即拟订与选举大会各主要委员会主席和报告员有关的安排,目的是在第六十八届会议的早期阶段建立一个可预测、透明和公平的选举机制,并最迟在第六十九届会议开始前的三个月向大会提交这些安排。
