A Party listed under this item that submits to the Secretariat an explanation for its deviation and a plan of action to redress the deviation will usually be invited by the Secretariat to send a representative to the meeting to respond to any questions which the Committee may have on its situation.

Por regla general, la Secretaría invita a la Parte que figure en la lista en relación con este tema y que presente a la Secretaría una explicación de su desviación y un plan de acción para rectificar la desviación que envíe a un representante a la reunión para que responda a toda pregunta que el Comité pueda formular sobre su situación.
