On 2 April 1991, the USITC issued one final determination for the purpose of both the anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations of imports of fresh and chilled Atlantic salmon from Norway, 7 in which it concluded that an industry in the United States was materially injured by reason of imports from Norway of fresh and chilled Atlantic salmon which had been found by the Department of Commerce to be subsidized by the Government of Norway and sold in the United States at less than fair value.
