وينبغي في هذا الصدد تشجيع الاستغلال الأنجع لفرص التدريب المتاحة داخل منظومة الأمم المتحدة، كالفرص التي توفرها المراكز الاقليمية لتدريس علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء المنتسبة إلى الأمم المتحدة، كما ينبغي انشاء شبكة أقاليمية لتبادل المعلومات؛

In this regard, more effective utilization of existing training opportunities offered within the United Nations system, such as those by the regional centres for space science and technology education affiliated with the United Nations, should be promoted and an interregional network should be established for information exchange;
