وتلك الانتخابات ستكون أكثر تعقيدا بصورة كبيرة من الانتخابات الرئاسية التاريخية التي أجريت في السنة الماضية، ونحن سعداء بأن نرى الشعب الأفغاني، بمساعدة المجتمع الدولي، يبدي عزمه مرة أخرى على تقرير مصيره السياسي من خلال عملية الانتخابات الديمقراطية
