[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The method is characterized by adding water to a transesterified oil obtained from an animal/vegetable fat in an amount of 0.30-5.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the transesterified oil, mixing them, subsequently dehydrating the mixture, adding an adsorbent to the residual oil to decolor it, and then filtering the mixture to remove a soap, an alkali catalyst, and the adsorbent used for the decoloration from the transesterified oil.

A ce effet, le procédés selon l'invention est caractérisé par l'addition d'eau à une huile transestérifiée obtenue à partir d'une graisse animale/végétale en une quantité de 0,30 à 5,0 parties en poids pour 100 parties en poids de l'huile transestérifiée, le mélange de celles-ci, la déshydratation ultérieure du mélange, l'addition d'un adsorbant à l'huile résiduelle pour la décolorer, puis la filtration du mélange pour éliminer un savon, un catalyseur alcalin et l'adsorbant utilisé pour la décoloration de l'huile transestérifiée.
