The present invention further relates to a fabrication method of the tantalum solid capacitor, comprising: (a) adding tantalum powder to angled pallets, followed by molding, soldering and welding; (b) applying an anodizing voltage to produce an oxide coating on the surface of a tantalum metal; (c) performing a burning operation, in which the conductive polymer layer is formed by chemical and electrolytic polymerization processes; and (d) applying carbon and silver paste and connecting a cathode.
