Nach Injektion von 0.04 mg ÄNH in die linke Carotis von 25 Tage alten Ratten, die in Narkose mit Nembutal (30 mg/kg) erfolgte, entwickelte nur eine von 21 Ratten ein malignes Neurinom des Ischias-Nerven.

After injection of 0.04 mg ENU into the left carotis artery of 25 days old rats, anesthetized by nembutal (30 mg/kg), only one out of 21 treated animals developed a malignant neurinoma of the sciatic nerve.
