A system for washing a membrane of the present invention comprises: a first membrane filtration tank which comprises a membrane and an aerator, filters inflow feed water by membrane filtration, and discharges treated water and water to be treated, respectively; a pressure gauge for measuring a differential pressure across the membrane and a flow meter for measuring a permeation flux which are provided at a produced water discharge line of the first membrane filtration tank; and a control means which calculates a recovery rate by calculating the water permeability from the differential pressure measured at the pressure gauge and the permeation flux measured at the flow meter, predicts a membrane contamination degree from the calculated recovery rate, and controls a backwash period and an intermittent aeration period.

본 발명의 분리막 세정 시스템은 멤브레인과 폭기장치가 구비되어 있으며, 유입원수를 막여과에 의해 여과하고, 처처리수와 피처리수를 각각 배출하는 제1 막여과조; 상기 제1 막여과조의 생산수 배출 라인에 설치되어 막간 차압을 측정하기 위한 압력계와 투과유량을 측정하기 위한 유량계; 및 상기 압력계로부터 측정된 막간차압과 상기 유량계로부터 측정된 투과유량으로부터 수투과도를 계산하여 회복율을 산출하고, 상기 산출된 회복율로부터 막오염 정도를 예측하며, 역세주기와 간헐 폭기주기를 제어하는 제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
