Anderseits aber sollen die Kongregationen der Römischen Kurie und die übrigen Ämter des Apostolischen Stuhles diese Kommission um ihre Ansicht befragen, bevor sie etwas entscheiden und anordnen oder irgendeine Vollmacht erteilen für das Gebiet des Films, des Rundfunks und des Fernsehens; ebenso sollen sie diese Kommission darüber verständigen, welche Maßnahmen sie für ihren eigenen Zuständigkeitsbereich getroffen haben.

On the other hand, the Sacred Congregations of the Roman Curia and the other Offices of the Apostolic See are to ask the opinion of this Commission before they order or permit anything which concerns Motion Pictures, Radio and Television, and they are to inform the said Commission of any instructions they may have given on their own authority.
