Комисията беше информирана чрез жалба относно Решение No 427 на Министерския съвет на Република България от 16.6.2011 г., с което на Chevron Bulgaria Exploration and Production Ltd се издава разрешение за срок от пет години да проучва за находища на шистов газ в Североизточна България.

The Commission has already been informed through a complaint about the Bulgarian Government's Decision No 427 of 16/06/2011 for granting a five-year permit to ‘Chevron Bulgaria Exploration and Production’ Ltd for the exploration of shale gas deposits in north-eastern Bulgaria.
