وتنص المادة 105-6 من النظام المالي والقواعد المالية للأمم المتحدة على أنّه لا يجوز ”أن يمارس موظف الاعتماد مهام التصديق المسندة وفقا للقاعدة 105-5 أو مهام الموظف المعتمد توقيعه لدى المصارف وفقا للقاعدة 104-5“.
