본 발명에 따르면, 약재 성분의 방출이 조절되는 생약패드의 제조방법은 두 가지 이상의 방약 또는 약리작용에 따라 제조한 생약재들을 방약한 약재의 총 무게에 대한 각 약재의 중량 비율로 분리하는 분리단계와, 중량 비율로 분리된 약재들 약효 방출 지속시간 설정에 따라 미분입자를 다르게 분쇄하는 약재 분쇄단계와, 분쇄된 약재를 혼합한 후 결착제를 혼합하여 제조하는 생약 제조단계와, 생약 제조단계에 의해 제조된 생약을 베이스 시트에 점착시키는 점착단계를 포함한다. 상기 제조방법에 의해 제조된 생약 패드는 약재들에 따라 피부를 통하여 침투되는 지속성 및 방출속도를 서로 다르게 할 수 있으므로 약재층의 약효를 극대화 하고, 질병의 치료효과를 극대화 할 수 있다.
