Correspondence between a convicted person and his or her lawyer, the Complaints Committee, criminal prosecution bodies, the prosecutor’s office, the courts, central government bodies and intergovernmental international organizations for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms is not subject to censorship (article 229 of the Enforcement Code).

No se censura la correspondencia del preso con su abogado, el Comité de Quejas, las instituciones de enjuiciamiento penal, la fiscalía, la instancia judicial, los órganos centrales de la administración pública y las organizaciones intergubernamentales internacionales dedicadas a la defensa de los derechos humanos y las libertades fundamentales (artículo 229 del Código de Ejecución Penal).
