2 In carrying out the functions referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, the Bank shall work in close cooperation with all its members and, in such manner as it may deem appropriate within the terms of this Agreement, with the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Finance Corporation, the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, and shall cooperate with the United Nations and its Specialised Agencies and other related bodies, and any entity, whether public or private, concerned with the economic development of, and investment in, Central and Eastern European countries.

2 In de uitvoering van de in het eerste lid van dit artikel bedoelde taken verricht de Bank haar werkzaamheden in nauwe samenwerking met al haar leden en, op een wijze die zij passend acht gelet op de bepalingen van deze Overeenkomst, met het Internationale Monetaire Fonds, de Internationale Bank voor Herstel en Ontwikkeling, de Internationale Financieringsmaatschappij, het Multilaterale Agentschap voor Investeringsgaranties en de Organisatie voor Economische Samenwerking en Ontwikkeling, en werkt zij samen met de Verenigde Naties en haar gespecialiseerde organisaties en andere daarmee verbonden organen en alle organisaties, publiek of particulier, die zich bezighouden met de economische ontwikkeling van of investeringen in Midden- en Oost-Europese landen.
